Mel’s Training Run – April 24, 2020
After 10 days in a row of running I was feeling tired today. I slowed my pace down a little which was helpful. I'm definitely getting more used to running tired which is the point. Tomorrow is day 12 and most likely a longer run since it's the weekend.
