Training Ride – May 28, 2020

This morning’s training ride was a multi-tasking ride. Part way through the ride I joined a zoom meeting for a local BNI chapter and did some networking while mountain biking! I’ve never visited a BNI chapter while mountain biking before. It was a fun experience. I really recommend visiting BNI while mountain biking! Today I went to see a Physical Therapist about the pain in the my left glute when I run. They aren’t really sure what is going on yet but did give me a lot of stretching to do each day.
