This morning both of us got out for a run. Today I ran 2 three mile stretches with 1/2 miles walks in between! Finally upping the mileage! And again no hip or glute pain today! Today we did something out of the ordinary which was really fun. We drove over Tin Cup Pass to check out a trail access point on the Colorado Trail.
